The main goal of Gazpromneft Science & Technology Centre (Gazpromneft STC) is to increase production and to improve production efficiency through the use of new technologies and design solutions in the field.
At the end of 2014, various projects of Gazprom Neft aimed at improvement of oil and gas fields development were consolidated in a single conceptual document called “Technological Strategy”.
STC is home for a Drilling Support Centre, which provides 24/7 monitoring, control and remote engineering support to well drilling crews working at company fields. The Drilling Support Centre has specialists of many disciplines, starting with drilling and all the way to Geological Mechanics.

Upon the request of Gazpromneft Science & Technology Centre, books in oil and gas topics written by world-renown oil and gas experts are translated into Russian for the first time and are published, with STC support.
